Why pay more? Compare travel insurance

We’ve recently updated the way our website works, which means that the way you make changes to your policy will be changing. If you bought your travel insurance before 8 October 2025 and you need to make changes to your policy, you can speak to the PayingTooMuch team by calling 03330 604 958. If you purchased your travel insurance on or after 8 October 2025, you’ll need to speak to your insurance provider directly. You can find their contact details in your policy documents. 

If you’ve bought a policy after comparing your travel insurance with PayingTooMuch, your insurance provider should email you your documents. They’ll confirm who you’re insured with and what your travel insurance covers in more detail. Make sure you note down who you’ve bought your insurance with before leaving the PayingTooMuch website. This way, if you don’t get a confirmation email, you know who to get in touch with.

We’ve worked hard to make sure that you’re not paying too much for your travel insurance. This means that you shouldn’t be able to find the same product from the same insurance provider cheaper on their website. 

You should get your policy documents via email. If you bought on or after 8 October 2025, your insurance provider will email these directly over to you. If you purchased your travel insurance before 8 October 2025, you should have received an email from PayingTooMuch with access to your policy documents. Or, if you opted for your documents to be posted, you should have got a copy through the post.
